Aloha! Unit 442 is a charming, cottage-style condo on the grounds of Kiahuna Plantation, the 35-acre resort beside Po‘ipu Beach on Kaua‘i’s sunny South Shore. It’s a garden-view unit with a private lanai, and the beach is an easy 4–5 minute walk through the resort’s lawns and gardens.
Recently remodeled and comfortable, the condo sleeps up to four, with a king bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. A brand-new mini-split air conditioner keeps things cool, a washer/dryer combo is right in the unit, and you’ll find a 65-inch 4K TV in the living room, a TV in the bedroom, cable, and fast Wi‑Fi.
We keep the closet stocked with snorkel gear for adults and kids, beach toys, beach mats, and umbrellas, plus reusable shopping bags for your grocery runs. Parking is free and right next to the building, which makes carrying luggage and groceries easy.

On our first trip to Hawai‘i together in 2019, we discovered Kiahuna Plantation and instantly fell in love. The lush gardens, warm aloha spirit, and magical location on Po‘ipu Beach stole our hearts. We knew we wanted to return again and again and share this special place with others.
With Jolie’s passion for creating welcoming spaces and Stephen’s talent for turning dreams into reality, we transformed this condo into a comfortable home base for adventure and relaxation.
